He came and reviewed our roof and he noticed one cracked tile make big leak. He kindly replace one for us without charge, we still have to replace few hairline cracked tiles. Definitely We will use him again and highly recommend him.5 stars is not enough for him .

Very good service indeed. We were just collecting quotes but the roofer from Challenger was worried about the risk of electrocution and changed one tile for us without charge. We received good advice from him about what to do with our old roof, where to spend money and where not to. Very helpful.

Had a good experience with Rapan and Challenger Roofing. They offered a very competitive quote, which was good enough for me to accept straight away, and they turned up the next day. Excellent job with the pressure wash and repointing. Terracotta tiles can be pretty slippery but Rapan and the team were pros.
